For some people in the US, finding a hot meal can be a real challenge even if you do have a job. The lines at soup kitchens are getting longer, with those in the queues from all ages, racial backgrounds and classes. In New York City – where the cost of living is one of the highest in the world – it is reported that more than four million people have difficulty affording food. Cath Turner reports.
